 DEMOCRATS FAVOR VOTE FOR FELONS

In most states, inmates win back their voting rights as soon as they are released from prison or when they complete parole or probation. One big reason that does not happen in Florida is that state law requires felons to first make restitution to their victims.

Minnesota Democratic congress representitive Betty McCollum has co-sponsored a bill to give convicted felons the vote knowing that this will favor the Democratic party.

The following is taken from an address by the President of The United States of America to the citizens of the U.S. and quoted verbatim.

"Earlier today I ordered America's armed forces to strike military and security targets in Iraq. They are joined by British forces. Their mission is to attack Iraq's nuclear, chemical and biological weapons programs and it's military capacity to threaten it's neighbors."
"Their purpose is to protect the national interests of the United States and, indeed, the interests of the middle east and and around the world."
"Saddam Hussein must not be allowed to threaten his neighbors or the rest of the world with nuclear arma, poison gas or biological weapons."
"He used them not oncve but repeatedly. Unleashing chemical weapons against Iranian troop during a decade long war. Not only against soldiers but against civilians, firing scud missiles at the citizens of Israel, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Iran. And not only against a foreign enemy, but even against his own people, gassing Kurdish civilians in northern Irag"
"The international community had little doubt then, and I have no doubt today, that left unchecked, Saddam Hussein wil use these terrible weapons again."

This was not President George W. Bush but the president was President Bill Clinton and the year was 1998. The complete text can be found at www.archive.salon.com/news/1998/12/17newsd.html.

In 1998 the Clinton administration, echoing the view of President Geo. H.W. Bush and earlier presidents, contended that it has no need for authorization from either congress or the United Nations security council to wage war.

At the start of twe war Presidet Bush had a high approval rating with the public and a year and one-half later his rating was still high enough to be re-elected. Had the war gone as expected we would now be pretty much out of there and Bush would be a hero. As it is now, after things going bad, he is doing his best to get us out.

I report and U decide.

 COM.MUNISTS COPIED US

The progressive (soak the rich) tax system made sense to Karl Marx. In his 1848 Communist Manifesto he listed the establishment of a progressive income tax system as one of the essentials in the formation of a communist society. This is a good reason to support the fair tax. I report,U decide.
