 TEDDY'S HOMETOWN SUPPORTS REPUBLICAN

Teddy Kennedy's hometown Barnstable MA voted 12.331 to 7,543 to elect Republican Scott Brown to the US senate. This is also the case in the town of Hyannis home of the Jack Kennedy museum. I need not comment on this further.

 TOO MUCH AUDACITY

What Reagan had that Obama doesn’t was a mandate for a clear set of policies: cutting taxes, rebuilding the military and freeing the economy from too much government, which eventually yielded good results. Obama, by contrast, has embraced policies more ambitious and sometimes quite different from what he led Americans to expect — and which may not work out so well.

 I FEAR ISLAM

Since 9/11, numerous Western Democrat leaders have insisted that Islam is a peaceful religion, and that violence committed in its name contradicts the teachings of the Koran and the example of the prophet Muhammad. But is this true? Now the DVD, Islam: What the West Needs to Know, takes an unblinking look at the so-called "religion of peace" - and demonstrates that Islam is, in fact, a violent and expansionist religion that seeks the destruction or subjugation of other faiths, cultures, and systems of government.

 OBAMA PROMISES NOT KEPT

Candidate Obama repeatedly promised a transparent health care reform process carried live on C-Span. Recently, Brian Lamb of CSPAN wrote a letter to leaders in Congress urging that the remaining proceedings indeed be televised for all to see. The promises of candidate Obama notwithstanding, it will never happen. And how could it? The way this has gone down is literally unfit for citizen consumption.
