A new national holiday "Dependence Day.”
Let’s face it: the day America voted for “change,” what we got instead was something more like the complete demolition of self-reliance, one of our most revered American traditions, dating back to the Declaration of Independence itself.
“Change,” as it has become evident, now means that Americans no longer need to rely on ourselves or our families, churches, businesses, or other private associations to meet our most pressing needs. All we need is one entity: the federal government. I report, U decide.

Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003 - Amends the Federal criminal code to prohibit any physician or other individual from knowingly performing a partial-birth abortion, except when necessary to save the life of a mother whose life is endangered by a physical disorder, illness, or injury.
Defines a "partial-birth abortion" as an abortion in which the person performing the abortion: (1) deliberately and intentionally vaginally delivers a living fetus until, in the case of a head-first presentation, the entire fetal head is outside the mother's body, or, in the case of a breech presentation, any part of the fetal trunk past the navel is outside the mother's body; and (2) performs the overt act, other than completion of delivery, that kills the partially delivered living fetus.
During Clinton's administration his Republican congress twice passed a Partial Birth Abortion bill and both to be vetoed by Bill Clinton.
During the 108th congress in the year 2003 our Republican congress again passed the Partial Birth Abortion bill with Republicans voting 220 yes and 5 no and Democrats voting 62 yes and 143 no. This can naturally be expected with Democrats with the support of Barack Obama sponsoring the Freedom of Choice Act that will again legalize MURDER. Po-Choice is a disengenuos term better to be termed Pro-Abortion. I report, U decide.

"The government that governs the least governs the best." Obama sez.."if you do not like something just pass a law" To counter this Thomas Sowell sez..."there are no solutions, only trade-offs." I report, U decide.

PSALM 2009
Obama is the shepherd I did not want. He leadeth me beside the still factories. He restoreth my faith in the Republican party. He guideth me in the path of unemployment for his party's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the bread line, I shall fear no hunger, for his bailouts are with me. He has anointed my income with taxes, My expenses runneth over. Surely, poverty and hard living will follow me all the days of my life, And I will live in a mortgaged home forever. I am glad I am American, I am glad that I am free. But I wish I was a dog ..... And Obama was a tree.

“Gov. Pawlenty supports moving the primary election in order to meet the new federal requirements,” said spokesman Brian McClung. “The governor is also interested in other election reforms such as requiring use of a photo ID when voting.”
A photo identification requirement is a divisive issue. Many Democrats argue that it would hurt turnout in urban communities. Photo ID would seriously restrict ACORN and reduce by a great deal voter fraud. I report, U decide.
